Registration for the Symposium

Registration for the Symposium should be done through the online registration system. The registration is one and includes International PCB Workshop and core Dioxin symposium. All participants and accompanying persons must register for the Symposium.

Early registrations are due to 30th June 2018. The late fee will be automatically charged if your payment has not been received by 30th June 2018.

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment or credit card details, the Technical Secretariat will confirm your participation in the congress. You will receive a formal confirmation in due course.

Registration of abstracts starts on November 3, 2017 and ends on June 1o, 2018.

All delegates must register for the symposium.

Note: *Pre-Dioxin Students Session is free for the students with a presentation and registered at Dioxin 2018 (one person per submission); for students without presentation fee is 25 € (for coffee and lunch).

Terms and Conditions

By completing the registration form the person accepts that his personal data will be further processed by the web system of the Symposium in order to make an agreement of participation allowing organization of the Symposium, registration and operation of the Symposium website. Organizers are allowed to process the following personal data of participants: first name, family name, address of residence, e-mail, phone number, correspondence address, The personal data will be protected with respect to unauthorized access.

The organization reserves the right to alter the venue if necessary.

In the event that the Symposium cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Symposium Organizers or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Symposim Organizers, the Symposium Organizers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, or any other indirect losses or consequential damages.

Under these circumstances, the Symposium Organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the Symposium and which could not be recovered from third parties.

The Organizer does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.

During the Symposium, attendees, exhibitors, guests and others may be photographed by the Symposium organization company or its partners. Parts of these photographs may be displayed in future publications or materials connected with the Symposium.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received by 30th of June 2018. Only then refunds (less a 50 € administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.

All cancellations must be made in writing (fax, e-mail) to the Technical Secretariat ( Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee.

In case you are unable to attend the congress, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with a letter of cancellation to the Technical Secretariat before 15th of June 2018. This information should include the name of the substitute delegate.
